Vivo Y27 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC
When we take a look at the technical specs of the newest device, we can see that Vivo has preferred MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC on the Y27. The chipset is a 7nm processor with 2x 2.2GHz Cortex A76, 4x 2GHz Cortex-A55 CPU cores, and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Additionally, the Y27 comes with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB with microSD.
Now, let’s check the display. The Vivo Y27 features a 6.64-inch (2388 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ LCD screen with 600 nits peak brightness. While the phone runs Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13, it has a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
In terms of the camera system, the Y27 is equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture on the back, while it has an 8-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Vivo’s new Y series phone, Y27, is available in Mystic Black and Satin Purple color options, and it costs NT$ 8,490 ($271) for the 6GB + 128GB model in Taiwan. However, the brand has not announced the price for the 4GB RAM version yet. The latest device will be available in more regions soon.
