Most Used Operating Systems – July 2023

Steam has shared the most used operating systems for June. According to the data, Windows 11, which was released in the past years and initially faced significant issues, is still not a preferred version among gamers. Despite significant improvements and fewer problems in recent times, Windows 11 only saw a 1.58% increase in usage last month, reaching a market share of 36.94%.

On the other hand, Windows 10, holding the largest share of the pie, did not experience a noticeable decline last month. With a decrease of 1.54%, it still retains a market share of 61.41%. Furthermore, Windows 7, which had its heyday and has recently lost update support, saw a minor decrease of 0.02% last month, accounting for a 1.20% share of the pie.
