Apple Watch’s new watchOS 11 update will have the ability to automatically detect and record when users take a nap. According to information shared on Reddit, an Apple Watch user was able to see their sleep data in the Health app after taking a nap. This happened even though the device was not put into Sleep Mode.

Currently, Apple Watch can only track and record sleep when in Sleep Mode and does not support nap tracking. However, with watchOS 11, Apple Watch will be able to record naps and show this data in the Sleep section of the Health app, even when Sleep Mode is not active.

The ability for Apple Watch to track naps has been a long-awaited feature, especially for users who use naps to catch up on sleep.

With this new feature, Apple Watch users will be able to track sleep more comprehensively. Short naps are especially important for those who lead busy lives and need to recharge their batteries.

Apple didn’t mention this change to the Sleep app in the watchOS 11 preview. The only sleep-related information was about the Vitals app. The Vitals app collects health metrics during sleep, providing data to fill out a typical interval feature.

Apple Watch Series 10, the Apple Watch tenth anniversary special, will come with a major design and functional innovation.

Apple Watch’s automatic nap tracking feature, which comes with the new watchOS 11 update, will help users better manage their sleep patterns.

This will expand Apple Watch’s sleep tracking capabilities and allow users to better adapt to their daily lives. This feature, which is expected to be available by the end of the year, aims to provide Apple Watch users with a healthier and more balanced life.
