What’s new in WhatsApp Android beta version 2.24.7.6?
In the announcement made recently about the WhatsApp Android beta 2.24.6.19 update, we learned that WhatsApp is working on the feature of referring to people in status updates.
With this new update, the duration of videos in WhatsApp’s status updates has been increased from 30 seconds to 1 minute. The development team realized that users were constantly requesting longer video content and that this feature would be very useful for many people.
The previous limitation caused users some difficulties when sharing their content, but now these limitations have been removed and users will be able to share their videos more freely through status updates.
The feature is currently only available for beta testers, and the WhatsApp team is working on rolling it out to a wider audience by taking user feedback and fixing potential bugs.
Beta testers who have installed the WhatsApp Android beta 2.24.7.6 update can now try the feature by sharing longer videos in their status updates. More information about when this feature will be available to all WhatsApp users will be shared soon. What do you think?
