The platform has recently begun testing a new feature specifically for group chats. Thanks to this addition, confusion in group messages will be eliminated.
WhatsApp to Eliminate Confusion in Group Chats
In the latest WhatsApp beta version 25.19.10.80 for iOS, a new feature has been discovered that will greatly simplify things, especially in group chats. With this feature, users will be able to view all replies to a message in one place.
As known, the current system does not offer this functionality. Right now, the only thing you can do is track the time and date of the reply to locate the original message. However, with this new feature, things will become much easier. You’ll now be able to see how many replies a message has received right below it.
Additionally, by tapping on the indicator, a screen will open showing all the replies to the original message. This will help users stay connected to the conversation and follow along completely, especially in cases where the chat becomes lengthy or fragmented.
As mentioned above, this feature is currently in testing. If no major issues are found, it may be released with upcoming WhatsApp updates. On the other hand, it looks like it will be rolled out to iOS first, with Android users likely receiving it a bit later.
