Apple is holding an event in October for the fourth time in the last five years. In particular, the new M4 chip Mac models will be one of Apple’s biggest innovations this year. The 14 and 16-inch MacBook Pros will come with M4, M4 Pro and M4 Max chips. The new chips are said to make a big leap in performance.
However, this year, aside from hardware changes, no design changes are expected. Apple’s redesigned models in 2021 will remain the same in appearance, but will offer much more in terms of power and efficiency. Bigger design changes and innovations such as OLED displays are expected to arrive only in 2026.
Another notable innovation from Apple is the long-awaited iPad mini 7. According to Gurman, this new iPad mini model will come with a faster chip, improved front and rear cameras, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 support.
