OnePlus is rapidly continuing its work on the highly anticipated Ace 5 series. While not much information about the new models has been shared until now, that has started to change. The brand recently made an important announcement about its upcoming smartphones.
When will the OnePlus Ace 5 be introduced, and what will it offer?
OnePlus has officially confirmed that the new Ace series models will be unveiled in December in China. The series will feature two models: the Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro. A look at the promotional image shared by the company reveals the inclusion of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. However, it’s unclear which model will feature this chipset. Sources suggest that the Pro variant of the series will be powered by this chip.
Currently, it’s speculated that the OnePlus Ace 5 will feature Qualcomm’s previous flagship processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. This choice could potentially make the device more affordable compared to its Pro counterpart.
