How to install Windows 98 theme for Windows 11?
- First, create a System Restore point just in case.
- To install the theme, download and install UXTheme Patcher by clicking here.
- Download the theme files by clicking here and paste the file contents into C:\Windows\Resources\Themes.
- Download OldNewExplorer by clicking here and install the file to change the right click menu to the old style menu.
- Finally, click here to install StartIsBack for the old generation start menu.
- After completing all the steps, restart your computer.
That’s all… If you have done everything correctly, when your computer restarts, you will get a Windows 11 theme like the one in the image above.
