Ana sayfa / News

Microsoft continues to add artificial intelligence features to Windows 11. Finally, a critical search feature was discovered in the new preview version of Windows 11. Accordingly, Microsoft will allow searching for specific words in audio and video files.

Users who subscribe to the Windows Insider channel have revealed a new feature called “Intelligent Media Search” that will be included in the operating system. According to details found in preview version 27695, Windows 11 will soon enable users to index and transcribe their media with the help of artificial intelligence.

Once the feature is enabled, it will start indexing files, building an AI model trained for speech recognition and transcription, and analyzing the content of video and audio files. The system will notify users when it is ready to support indexed media.

Baldur’s Gate 3 update 7 patch notes

Baldur’s Gate 3 update 7 will be released next week for PC players. An exact release date has not been specified.

Users will be able to search for phrases spoken in lectures, interviews and podcasts through Windows 11. It’s unclear whether this feature will be exclusive to Microsoft’s Copilot+ PCs with neural processing units (NPUs) designed for on-device AI tasks.

While some Windows 11 features currently use AI, they support standard Intel and AMD processors. However, the Smart Media Search feature seems more in line with the Copilot+ experience.

Copilot+ devices are expected to be released in September with prices starting at $800. Next-generation Intel and AMD processors, especially Qualcomm Snapdragon X series, will support this platform.
