Ana sayfa / Xbox Series S

Microsoft has been increasing the interaction between Xbox and PC for some time. With apps like Game Pass, it aims to unify the player experience across its two services. Xbox CEO made important statements about the future of the console.

Xbox CEO Phil Spencer’s latest comments show that Microsoft wants to open a new chapter in the gaming ecosystem. Plans are in place to merge the console ecosystem exclusive to the Xbox platform with Windows PC gaming.

In a recent interview, Phil Spencer said that the company plans to open up the Xbox platform to competing digital stores like Epic Games Store and Itch.io. With this move, Microsoft aims to break down the barriers between console and PC.

The change that drove WhatsApp users crazy rolled back!

WhatsApp had capitalized the "Typing" and "Online" tokens for chats. The company has reversed this change.

According to sources, Microsoft needs to increase its investments to make this possible. For example, Xbox hardware and software will have to become capable of running PC games. The company is also expected to emphasize tools like GameCore that make it easier to port games between Xbox and Windows.

Microsoft is also reportedly working on backwards compatibility for older generations. In this context, the company plans to create a new team and will adopt an open platform instead of a unilateral console update.

Microsoft is also expected to increase competition in this area with its Steam Deck rival handheld console. It was stated that the company wants to transfer the features of Xbox and Windows to an ARM-based portable device.
