Today, Xiaomi launched new flagship Android smartphones and the Android 13-based MIUI 14 at the event in China. At the event, the company announced the new Xiaomi 13 series, Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro. Xiaomi 13 Pro to have the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC
The new flagship smartphone will be one of the best Android devices in the market thanks to its specs such as Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, the Leica triple camera system, and more. The tech giant announced that the device will have the latest and greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC chipset with Adreno GPU.
In addition to the chipset, the 13 Pro will come with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB storage options. On the software side, the phone runs the latest Android 13-based MIUI 14. The Xiaomi 13 Pro also has a 6.73-inch 2K OLED display (3200×1440) with a 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+.
In terms of camera, the 13 Pro launches with the Leica triple camera system that includes a 50-megapixel main, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. There is also a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The device has a 4.820mAh battery with 120W fast charging and 50W wireless charging support.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro costs CNY 4999 for the 8GB+128GB version while the 8GB+256 version is priced at CNY 5399. For the 12GB+256GB version, the phone comes with CNY 5799 price tag and CNY 6299 for the 12GB+512GB model.
