Xiaomi is preparing to make a series of changes to the design of its new flagship family. Similar to the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, it has been claimed that the Xiaomi 15 Pro could feature a titanium finish. The new series could also be the first devices to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Xiaomi 14 Pro to launch in late October or early November
Recent reports from China suggest that the Xiaomi 14 Pro could feature a titanium alloy frame. This coating adds some advantages to the smartphone thanks to the durability and lightness of titanium. It is both stylish and protects the exterior up to twice as much against drops.
In addition to the titanium alloy, the Xiaomi 14 Pro is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. This processor, which is expected to be announced at Qualcomm’s launch on October 24, could make a reappearance with the 14 Pro shortly after the event. Experts think that the Xiaomi 14 Pro could hit the shelves in late October or early November.
The Xiaomi 14 Pro is believed to share several features with the Xiaomi 14. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, Xiaomi 14 models will come with 50 Megapixel main cameras.
The company, which prefers to use a 4860 mAh battery for the 14, allows you to charge this battery 90W wired and 50W wirelessly. While the Pro version will carry a 5000 mAh battery, it will offer 120W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support.
