The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, manufactured on a 4nm fabrication process. This octa-core processor is accompanied by an Adreno GPU. Additionally, the model comes in two RAM configurations: 12 GB or 16 GB. For storage, it offers options of 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB.
On the front, there’s a 32-megapixel selfie camera capable of recording 4K videos at 60 FPS, while the rear camera setup consists of a quad-camera system: a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 50-megapixel telephoto (3.2x) camera, and a 50-megapixel telephoto (5x) camera. The rear cameras support video recording at 8K/30fps and 4K/120fps.
Running on Android 14-based HyperOS, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is fueled by a 5300 mAh battery, which supports 90W wired charging and 80W wireless charging. The connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and GPS, with NFC support as well.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra is available in three variants: 12 GB RAM + 256 GB, 16 GB RAM + 512 GB, and 16 GB RAM + 1 TB. The version with the highest memory and storage comes with a titanium frame, similar to what Apple uses, according to the brand.
