Xiaomi 14T Pro May Be Launched with a 50 Megapixel Camera
For months, leaks have been circulating about the new device Xiaomi plans to add to its 14 series, the 14T Pro. According to the latest leak, the 14T Pro, with the model number 2407FPN8EG, appeared in Thailand’s NBTC certification. Although no specific details about its features were provided, the appearance of the model number strengthens expectations for the Xiaomi 14T Pro.
On the other hand, the phone, with the same model number, was seen in the Camera FV-5 database, where its main and selfie camera features were leaked. According to the database, the resolution of the main camera is set at 12.6 megapixels, likely due to pixel binning, suggesting that the actual camera resolution will be 50 megapixels.
For the selfie camera, the Xiaomi 14T Pro will have an 8.1-megapixel front camera. Looking at the features, the main camera supports 4K shooting with a resolution of 4096×3072 pixels. The selfie camera offers a resolution of 3280×2464 pixels. The main camera provides both auto and manual focus options, while the selfie camera comes with fixed focus.
Previous leaks suggested that the 14T Pro would share similar features with the Redmi K70 Ultra. These features include the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor, a 1.5K resolution 144Hz display, a 5,500mAh battery, and 120W fast charging support. Additionally, it was previously claimed that the phone would feature a triple camera setup at the back, consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera, along with a 16-megapixel selfie camera at the front. Since the Xiaomi 13T Pro is available in the Turkish market, the Xiaomi 14T Pro might also be sold in Turkey, although there is no confirmed information at the moment.
