Xiaomi’s sub-brand, Xming, has announced the Q6 Neo, a new projector that minimizes image adjustments for users. Targeting young users with a stylish design, this new addition to its product line stands out for its spatial flexibility and ease of use.
Xiaomi introduces its new projector
The Xming Q6 Neo features a dual-arm gimbal system. This design allows the device to rotate 360 degrees horizontally and 180 degrees vertically. Users can easily adjust the projection angle with just one hand and physical manipulation. This feature largely eliminates the positioning problems often encountered during projector setup.
Using LED light source technology, the device can project Full HD images up to 120 inches. Image resolution can be scaled up to 4K using the H.265 codec.
Light output is maintained at 245 CVIA lumens, equivalent to approximately 1100 ANSI lumens. The contrast ratio is set at 2600:1. The optical system utilizes the PhotonX 2.0 system. This system enhances image clarity thanks to its triple-layer glass structure. HDR10+ support also elevates image quality.
The audio hardware features 6W high-sensitivity speakers. Powered by a 120cc sound chamber, the system delivers satisfying audio performance without the need for an external audio source. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 support. The device also features physical connections such as HDMI 2.0, USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The operating system runs Android 9.0.
Another notable feature of the Q6 Neo is its quiet operation. Its design minimizes fan noise, providing a distraction-free viewing experience. Equipped with all these features, the Xming Q6 Neo is priced at $111.
