The company that introduced the Xiaomi 14 family last year has completed its work on the newest member of the family. The technical specifications of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra model, which is expected to be introduced soon, have emerged.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra technical specifications
According to leaked information, Xiaomi will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor in its new model. The processor, produced with 4 nm technology, includes 1 3.3GHz ARM Cortex-X4, 3 3.2GHz ARM Cortex-A720, 2 3.0GHz ARM Cortex-A720, and 2 2.3GHz ARM Cortex-A520 cores. It is noted that the processor’s graphics interface includes Adreno 750 with Ray Tracing support.
It is stated that the device will be introduced with a 6.73-inch QuadHD Plus display on the screen side. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature an AMOLED LTPO panel with a 120Hz screen refresh rate.
According to leaked information, the device will have LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 technologies. The device will be available for sale with options of 256GB storage 12GB RAM, 512GB storage 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage 16GB RAM.
The device, which is said to have a quad-camera setup, will feature a 50-megapixel f/1.63 main camera, a 50-megapixel f/1.6 ultra-wide-angle camera, a 50-megapixel f/1.6 auxiliary camera with 3.2x zoom, and a 50-megapixel f/2.5 telephoto camera with 5x zoom. A 32-megapixel lens will be used for the selfie camera.
Another notable feature of the device is its 5,300mAh battery with 90W fast charging technology. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra model will be introduced with the HyperOS interface based on Android 14.
