YouTube Music finally gets the expected feature

Ana sayfa /

YouTube Music, Google’s music streaming service, is finally making offline music downloads available on its desktop website. This anticipated feature will allow users to listen to songs and playlists without an internet connection.

Until now, the web version of YouTube Music did not have the ability to listen to music offline, which was a significant limitation compared to the mobile version. However, with the latest update, the web app now supports offline downloads, allowing users to create a personalized library where they can listen to the music they want whenever they want.

To download music on YouTube Music’s desktop website, users only need to go to the album or single page and find the download button. This button is located between the “Save to library” and three-dot overflow menu options, allowing users to save their selected music directly to their device for offline listening.

This feature was already available in the YouTube Music mobile app. Now, desktop users can take advantage of the same convenience and create offline music collections that they can access anytime, anywhere.

OpenAI is bringing the free source attribution feature from Copilot to ChatGPT. Here are the details!

Offline downloads on YouTube Music’s web app will count towards the service’s 10-device download limit. However, this limit is wide enough to meet the needs of most users. Also, the content of offline downloads will expire if the user’s device is not connected to the internet at least once every 30 days, so the content stays up to date.

The feature will allow YouTube Music to cater to the diverse needs of its user base, providing a more seamless and consistent experience across devices. What do you think? Please share your thoughts with us in the comments section below.
