OnePlus, known for its flagship killer smartphones, will soon introduce the OnePlus 12 model, which appeals to the upper segment with its technical features and design. The Chinese brand is making a new post about the upcoming product day by day and recently added a new one to them.
OnePlus 12 camera features revealed
OnePlus detailed the camera of the OnePlus 12 model with a recent post. Accordingly, the smartphone will use the latest Sony Lytia lens as its main camera. Moreover, the device will feature a 64 Megapixel periscope sensor. It is stated that the camera in question will consist of the OmniVision OV64B sensor and will offer up to 3x optical zoom.
Apart from that, the model is likely to have a 53 Megapixel LYT-T808 main camera and a 48 Megapixel IMX581 ultra wide angle camera. There will be a 32 Megapixel selfie camera on the front.
The launch version of the OnePlus 12 will offer 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. According to a previous leak, the device will also be available in 16 and 24 GB memory options. Apart from that, a 2K curved OLED panel will be used. It will also have a screen refresh rate of 120 Hz. Moreover, it will feature a perforated screen design and thin bezels and will come with a circular triple camera array.
The smartphone will use Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Qualcomm continues to cooperate with TSMC for its new processor. Produced with 4 nm technology, the processor has 1 3.3 GHz ARM Cortex-X4, 3 3.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A720, 2 3.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A720 and 2 2.3 GHz ARM Cortex-A520 cores. The company includes Adreno 750 graphics unit with Ray Tracing support in its new chip.
OnePlus 12 will be available with USB 3.2 port and 50W wireless charging. It is stated that the battery will have a capacity of 5,400 mAh. Apart from this, the product is said to have an infrared sensor. There are no clear details about the launch date yet, but rumors suggest that it will be introduced in China this month and globally in January.
