SDN is a law-abiding institution that respects the intellectual, industrial, and personal rights of the public, business partners, and third parties. In terms of the content created by its members and users, SDN is a “host provider” and “content provider” as defined in Law No. 5651, which regulates broadcasts on the internet and fights against crimes committed through these broadcasts.

SDN does not have an obligation to check whether the content created by its users and members is against the law. Instead, SDN has adopted a “WARNING and REMOVE” method for illegal content and content that is thought to violate the rights of third parties.

Actual and legal persons, as well as professional associations, who claim that some content on SDN violates personal rights, intellectual, and industrial rights, can file a complaint with SDN. SDN will then take necessary action, such as removing the content, in accordance with the law.

  • URL address of the infringing content
  • Subject of the infringing content
  • Identity document (if a person)
  • Chamber registration document (if a legal person)
  • Letter of request with signature (if a professional association)
  • Proxy documents (if applicable)
  • Document showing right to claim intellectual and industrial rights
  • Full name and contact address of the claimant

People who meet the requirements can notify SDN by emailing [email protected]. The legal team will review requests and complaints sent to this email address. If necessary, the content that violates the requirements will be removed from the SDN system as soon as possible, and the person who sent the notification will be notified.
