In recent years, Honor, which parted ways with Huawei and continued as an independent brand, is actively working on new products. In this context, the Chinese brand is reportedly working on the successor to the Tablet 8, which it introduced in 2022. Honor Pad 9 key features revealed
One of the products that Honor is preparing to unveil to users on December 21 is the Honor Pad 9. The fundamental features of the tablet, which we have detailed information about with the latest reports, have recently emerged.
The Honor Pad 9 model will feature a 12.1-inch LCD display with a matte surface. This panel comes with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and a pixel density of 249 PPI, capable of delivering 500 nits of brightness. Moreover, thanks to its slim 6.9mm bezels, it will achieve an 88% screen-to-body ratio.
In addition, the tablet will have up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage space. The processor powering the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, catering to the mid-range segment. The chipset, produced with a 4nm architecture, hosts 4x 2.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A78 cores and 4x 1.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores, along with an Adreno 710 graphics unit.
The tablet will feature a single 13-megapixel rear camera. Additionally, it will house 8 speakers and be powered by an 8,300 mAh battery that supports fast charging at 33W.
