Apple will launch the new iPhone 14 series at the September 7 Event. People have been waiting for the event excitedly for a long time. Especially iPhone 14 series could be the most expected device. There have been many rumors about the new coming devices. Mark Gurman from Bloomberg said that the iPhone 14 Pro models would have bigger batteries. Here are the details about iPhone 14 Pro rumors.
Apple will use a bigger battery on iPhone 14 Pro
There were always rumors about the coming phones’ batteries. However, this time it could be an actual claim, according to Gurman. In June, Twitter user ShrimpApplePro, popular with finding rumors about Apple, shared a post that could confirm the battery size of the new regular and pro iPhones.
While there left just two days to the giant event of Apple, the rumors are still being released. In the post on the Chinese social media Baidu, the regular iPhone 14 could have a 3,279 mAh battery, compared to the iPhone 13, 3,227 mAh. While the 14 Pro could use a 3,200 mAh battery, the iPhone 13 Pro had a 3,095 mAh battery. Additionally, the 14 Pro Max could have a smaller battery, with 4,323mAh, unlike the 13 Pro Max with 4,352mAh.
Gurman said that iPhone 14 models will also get some camera hardware changes. According to his claims, the phones’ Pro models will have:
- Front-facing camera to feature autofocus for the first time;
- Improved facial-recognition sensors;
- New 48MP wide-angle system;
- Improved telephoto and ultrawide-angle sensors;
- Enhancements to video recording and low light photography;
- The A16 chip.
He also talked about Apple’s works on eSIM technology. According to Gurman, the newer iPhone models could have not a physical SIM card slot. Apple could prefer the eSIM technology for the coming phone models. However, this is an unclear rumor for now. Do you think Apple should use eSIM instead of physical SIM cards?
