Samsung releases a security update monthly to Galaxy devices. While the update includes a great number of improvements and bug fixes, it also enhances the devices. Now, Samsung released the December 2022 security update to the Galaxy devices. According to the notes, the security update contains 43 high-severity fixes and one critical fix, and 93 security vulnerabilities.

In fact, the update is released by Google, but its partners add necessary fixes to the security update for their devices. Samsung has officially announced that the December update for Samsung phones adds 93 security vulnerabilities, including five critical ones. Compared to Google’s update for Pixel devices, Samsung released a fairly minor update to its devices.
