Last week, Poco launched the new mid-range smartphone, Poco X5 Pro with great specifications and Rs 30,000 in India. Today, the company launched the new affordable device, Poco C55, in India for under Rs 10,000. According to the official announcement, the new phone gets 260k+ Antutu Score with its mid-range processor and up to 11GB Turbo RAM. Here are the details about the Poco C55 specifications and price.
Poco C55 is powered by MediaTek Helio G85
The new Poco C55 gets its power from the mid-range processor, MediaTek Helio G85. Additionally, it comes with options of 4, 6 GB of RAM, and 64, 128 GB of storage which is expandable via the microSD slot. While the processor is an exactly budget phones’ chipset, it has also powered some budget phones earlier.
On the display side, the new device comes with a 6.71-inch IPS LCD with a 20:9 aspect ratio. In addition, the C55 features an HD+ resolution panel with Panda Glass protection. The display features a 60Hz refresh rate and 120Hz touch sampling rate.
In terms of camera, the phone has a 50-megapixel dual-camera setup alongside a 2-megapixel depth sensor on the back. The Poco C55 has support for Portrait Mode, HDR mode, Night Mode, Time Lapse, and more. Also, the device features a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
While the Poco C55 comes with a faux leather back design, it is available in Cool Blue, Power Black, and Forest Green color options. Additionally, it runs Android 12-based MIUI 13 and has a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging. The company will make the new phone available in India on February 28 via Flipkart. The 4/64GB variant costs INR 9,499 while the 6/128 GB model is priced at INR 10,999.
