Leaked images of the iPhone 15 Pro Max glass reveal record-breaking thin bezels, taking smartphone design to new heights. The iPhone 15 Pro Max is making waves with its leaked images, showcasing what could be the world’s thinnest bezels. According to the leaked glass, the bezel has significantly slimmed down compared to its iPhone 14 Pro predecessor.
Ice Universe strikes again with bold claims
In mid-March, notable leaker Ice Universe made a claim about the next generation of iPhone Pro. They stated it would set a new record for the thinnest bezel in any smartphone, measuring just 1.55mm (0.06 inches). Now, the leaker has provided photographic evidence to back up this assertion.
Ice Universe shared images on Twitter that display the glass covers of three iPhone models: the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPhone 14 Pro. The photographs illustrate the difference between the black bezel of the iPhone 14 Pro and the purported iPhone 15 Pro version.
While the iPhone 14 Pro features 2.1mm bezels, the leaked iPhone 15 Pro images reveal a remarkably thin 1.55mm bezel. This measurement is consistent with the leaker’s claim made weeks earlier.
Ice Universe emphasizes that the images depict the actual glass cover for the iPhone. They are not showing a protective film or screen protector. As a result, the bezel on the glass is “equal to the bezel of the phone,” the leaker affirms.
Additionally, the leaked glass shows all models with identical camera hole layouts, located within the Dynamic Island – a design element that was also leaked in early March.
Anticipating the iPhone 15 lineup
Furthermore, these leaked images have sparked excitement among Apple fans and tech enthusiasts, as the ultra-thin bezels could potentially provide a more immersive viewing experience. With a nearly edge-to-edge display, the iPhone 15 Pro models may offer a sleek and modern aesthetic that sets them apart from previous iterations and competitors in the market.
It is also worth noting that the leaked images only provide information about the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models. As of now, there is no information about the standard iPhone 15 model or its bezel size. This raises questions about whether the thinner bezels will be exclusive to the Pro models or if the entire iPhone 15 lineup will benefit from this design enhancement.
As with any leaks and rumors, it’s essential to take this information with a grain of salt until Apple officially confirms these design features. The company typically unveils its new iPhone models in September, so fans may have to wait a few more months to see if these ultra-thin bezels become a reality for the iPhone 15 Pro series.
