OnePlus is adding another notable flagship smartphone model to its lineup. The Chinese manufacturer, which gained significant momentum with the OnePlus 11 series, recently unveiled its foldable devices, OnePlus Z Fold and OnePlus Z Flip. The new reports indicate that the flagship OnePlus 12 model will be announced soon.

According to new information from India, the OnePlus 12 will feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is said that the Chinese manufacturer will use a LTPO3 Fluid OLED display with support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+.
The biggest change in the new model will be its utilization of the yet-to-be-announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The new chipset is expected to be announced between November and December.
Leaked information suggests that the processor will be 30% more powerful than the previous generation and will feature a 4nm architecture and an Adreno 750 GPU.
Another significant upgrade in the OnePlus 12 will be in the cameras. Reports suggest that the device will sport a triple camera setup, including a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 64-megapixel periscope sensor. The new device will be powered by a 5000mAh battery with 100W fast charging support.
The leaks also revealed the launch date of the OnePlus 12. According to the information, OnePlus will release the new model in China in December, and it will be globally available in 2024.
