In this case, the problem can be with the cable or the monitor itself. Here are the possible problems and their solutions:

Monitor malfunction!

• Make sure the monitor is properly connected to the power source.
• Even if the monitor is not connected to the computer, press the power button on it to turn it on.
• If there is no image or the brand logo displayed on the screen, your monitor might be faulty. In that case, try connecting your computer to a second monitor.
• If your monitor only works when connected to the power outlet, proceed to the next step.

Cables and connections!

• Make sure all the connections to the power outlet are secure.
• Check the integrity and connection of the cable between the CPU unit and the monitor.
• If the monitor is working, try using a different cable.
• Try different ports, such as HDMI or DisplayPort, to check for any issues with the connection sockets.
• If you are certain that there are no problems with the cables, connections, input/output ports, or the monitor itself, move on to the next section.

Graphics card malfunction!

• After confirming that there are no issues with the monitor or cables, focus on checking the graphics card.
• Inspect the outputs on the back of the CPU unit where the graphics card is located and try connecting the monitor using different ports.
• If the problem persists, open the CPU unit and ensure that the graphics card is properly seated in its slot on the motherboard. If necessary, remove and reinsert it.
• Make sure that the cables from the PSU (power supply unit) to the graphics card are securely connected.

General component malfunction!

• If the computer does not turn on at all, it’s possible that there is a malfunction in components such as the PSU and motherboard.
• If the computer turns on but you’re not using a dedicated graphics card, your CPU may be faulty.
• Similarly, the RAM, motherboard, and connection points in the CPU unit may be damaged.
• If you have tried all the previous steps and there are no issues with the monitor or cables, yet there is still no display, you should connect the components to another system to ensure they are functioning properly.
