The cost of the Galaxy S23 Ultra is $469
The Galaxy S23 Ultra features a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor specially produced for Samsung on TSMC’s 4nm process node. Additionally, considering the camera sensors, RAM, and storage space, the cost increases gradually. The latest Bill of Materials (BoM) analysis conducted by Counterpoint’s component research service revealed the cost of Samsung’s flagship phone.
According to the research, the cost of the Galaxy S23 Ultra is estimated to be around $469. Qualcomm, the producer of the processor, takes 34% of this cost. Samsung’s own share remains at 33%. STMicro, which provides the laser autofocus module, accelerometer, gyroscope, and barometer, takes a 6% share.
