Instagram introduces the feature of adding videos to the notes section!
Instagram, among the world’s most popular social media platforms, is becoming more complex. Especially when it comes to sharing personal information, things can get complicated. In response to this, the company is testing new features.
To address these complexities, the platform is introducing new features. Instagram’s head, Adam Mosseri, made some statements regarding the new feature. In his statements, he announced that Instagram aims to revitalize the “notes” section and is working on adding the feature of including videos in this section.
He added, “This week we started testing the feature of sharing selfie videos in notes. Soon, you will be able to update your default profile photo in notes with a short video. You will also be able to add text to accompany the video.”
Additionally, the platform announced that it is testing a feed page that will only feature verified accounts. With this feature, a new option will be added under the Instagram logo, including “Following” and “Favorites.”
On the other hand, in recent days, the platform has been working on a feature that will allow users to create custom stickers from the photos on their phones. With this feature, users will be able to create stickers by selecting objects from the photos.
