Android 14 was introduced at the beginning of October. The operating system, which has not yet appeared outside of Pixel models, has already encountered an annoying problem. Accordingly, when you try to open more than one account on Android 14, the system suffers great damage. So Android 14 is facing a major multi-account problem.
Google is looking for a solution for the multi-account problem with the Android 14 update
Android has had multi-account support for many years. In this sense, this feature, which is a must-have feature of Android, has now caused a strange problem. As you know, Android 14 has been sent to Pixel series devices for now.
The first feedback on this issue came from Pixel 6 users. However, successive problem reports that appeared on the forums revealed that all Pixel models that received the Android 14 update had the same problem. Of course, this is not a situation reflected in all phones. However, over 400 devices have currently experienced problems. These are data based entirely on user feedback.
An official from Google admitted on October 27 that they faced such a problem. The official explained that with the Android 14 update, some devices had a multi-account problem and they were trying to solve it.
So for now, it is not known what exactly is causing the problem. Android 14 is getting ready to enter our lives, albeit slowly. Recognizing this problem early is also important in this respect. But what features does Android 14 have?
Android 14 allows users to customize their devices even more. For example, it takes the company’s Material You design language, which was launched with Android 12 and 13, to the next level. This feature can automatically adjust app icons, UI elements, settings and more to follow a specific color scheme based on the colors of the wallpaper used.
With the new update, users can now set custom lock screen widgets to quickly access their favorite apps and functions. There are also lock screen and home screen customizations that offer custom templates for widgets, colors, fonts and more.
Another of the most striking details in the new version is artificial intelligence production wallpapers. However, for now, this feature will first be available on Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro models. In the following periods, it will come to other models. On the other hand, the new operating system will support Ultra HDR image format in photos.
Other notable features with the update are as follows;
- Ability to use supported devices as webcams
- Making application permissions more secure and comprehensive
- Advanced PIN feature
- Font sizes can be increased by up to 200 percent
- Hello to the Health Connect app
- Notifications can now be synchronized with flashes on the camera or screen
As seen above, the new structure focuses on a customizable user experience. In addition, new security features and a few handy accessibility features are being introduced.
The first models to receive the Android 14 update are as follows:
- Pixel 4A
- Pixel 5
- Pixel 5A
- Pixel 6
- Pixel 6 Pro
- Pixel 6A
- Pixel 7
- Pixel 7 Pro

Google did not reveal which devices were affected by the Android 14 multi-account problem. However, according to the information revealed, especially older Pixel models were more affected by this situation.
