By utilizing digital channels such as Vodafone Yanımda and Online Self Service, Vodafone managed to increase its monthly active customer base to 17.5 million. The total monthly interactions on these channels also reached 390 million.
Vodafone Turkey also reported a significant increase in data usage, with its customers’ total mobile data usage increasing by 18.7% compared to the same period last year, reaching 1,227 petabytes.
The success of the Everything Is With Me platform reaching 178 million visitors and the number of Vodafone Pay users reaching 5.1 million demonstrates the company’s success in digital services. Additionally, the monthly unique user count of the personal digital assistant TOBi reaching 9 million, and the monthly chat count reaching 30 million, highlight the increasing importance of artificial intelligence and automation in customer service.
