The future of the new Riddick movie is confirmed
Vin Diesel has starred in three previous Riddick movies: 2000’s Pitch Black, 2004’s The Chronicles of Riddick and 2013’s Riddick. So there will be more than 10 years between the new movie and the last one. The new movie, Riddick: Furor and will be the fourth in the series.
Riddick: Furya has been rumored before. A year ago, it was reported that Vin Diesel was planning to reunite with writer and director David Twohy. Twohy has worked on previous films in the franchise and is particularly known for the success of Pitch Black.
Details about Furya’s plot are slowly coming to light. The movie will be about Riddick returning to Furya, the world where he was born and raised. However, this time he will face not only a new threat, but also similar Furians. This will lead Riddick to confront his past and discover his roots.
Giancarlo Esposito, who played the character Gus Fring in Breaking Bad, has officially announced that he is joining the Marvel Universe.
