The long-awaited EA Sports FC 25 has finally hit the shelves. However, it seems to have disappointed football enthusiasts. In this context, it was evaluated as the worst FIFA game according to Metacritic score.
EA Sports FC 25 failed to meet expectations
EA Sports’ latest game in the football game series, EA FC 25; could not please the players. Although it offers new game modes and tactical options, it has been the target of criticism because it has almost the same gaming experience as FC 24. It is noteworthy that the menus, graphics and even some in-game elements are exactly the same as last year’s game.

Players who have been following the series for a long time think that it does not deserve the 2600 TL price tag. Accordingly, the game’s Metacritic score remained around 2.4. This means that it is the worst FIFA (or EA FC as it is now called) game of recent years.

Although new modes such as Rush were welcomed, it is stated that there is no significant change in the Ultimate Team experience, the game’s most popular mode. Although improved player roles and tactical improvements increase customization options, they do not make a big difference in on-field gameplay.
Players also think that it would be more logical for EA to constantly update a single game instead of releasing a new game every year. In this way, it can offer new content to players without an annual cost.

According to players, FC 25 is not enough to attract new players or convince existing players. If EA does not take bolder steps, football fans may lose interest.
