Microsoft has made a number of updates to its Xbox Series X/S consoles. While not in response to Sony’s PlayStation 5 Pro move, it has expanded the Xbox range by adding new storage options and colors. Gamers now have more freedom to choose the Xbox that fits their budget and needs.
New Xbox Series X/S consoles unveiled
Starting with the Xbox Series S 1TB, innovations bring twice as much storage to the console. Available in white, the 1TB Series S seems ideal for gamers who want to download and store more games. The suggested retail price is 349 dollars.
Another addition to the lineup is the all-digital Xbox Series X Robot White. This version, which lacks a disk drive, has the same hardware as the standard Series X, but comes with a 1TB SSD. Robot White offers a more affordable option thanks to the lack of a disk drive. Suggested retail price is $449.
Finally, the Xbox Series X Galaxy Black Special Edition was introduced for collectors and those looking for maximum storage capacity. This model, which attracts attention with its galactic patterned case, offers gamers the opportunity to create a large library with its 2TB SSD storage space.
Galaxy Black, a premium option with its high storage capacity and special design, has a higher price tag. Accordingly, the sales price is 599 dollars.
