Motorola’s new affordable phone is on the way! The highly anticipated entry-level smartphone model has recently appeared in many regulatory authorities. Approved by FCC, UL Demko, TDRA and TUV Rheinland, it seems that the launch of the device is getting quite close.
The new budget-friendly device will be a direct successor to the Moto E14, which was launched in June this year. It is worth remembering that the models in this series are aimed at the entry-level segment and offer simple features at a low price. So what is expected from this model? Here are the details
Motorola Moto E15 specifications revealed
The Moto E15 appeared in the FCC database with two codes. These appear as XT-2523-2 and XT-2523-8. These listings indicate that the device will have two different variants. It is also confirmed that the model will come with 4G LTE connection, not 5G.
TDRA documents reveal that the trade name of the device is Moto E15. According to UL Demko and TUV Rheinland certifications, the new entry-level model will have a 5,100 mAh battery capacity and 10W fast charging support.
If we make a relevant comparison, the predecessor of the device, the Moto E14 model, was released with 5,000 mAh and 15W. It seems that Motorola prefers to reduce the charging speed even though it makes a small increase in capacity.
It is suggested that the Moto E15 will inherit some features from its predecessor. Let us remind you that Moto E14 was released with a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate, Gorilla Glass 3 protection, Unisoc T606 chipset, 13 megapixel main camera and IP52 certification.
So what do you expect from Moto E15?
