December 2024 Update for Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Fold 5 Now Available
The last models to receive the December 2024 update from Samsung are the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Fold 5. The new update is 400 MB in size and comes with build numbers F731BXXS4DXKC and F946BXXS4DXKC.
The December 2024 update for the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Fold 5 fixes over 45 security vulnerabilities. Additionally, it is currently available in South Korea and the United States, with other countries expected to receive it soon.
If the update notification hasn’t appeared automatically on your device, you can manually upgrade by following the steps: Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. If you still can’t find the update, it may not have reached your region yet, and you may need to wait a bit longer.
Additionally, Samsung’s One UI 7 beta testing is ongoing. The new version is first being tested on the Galaxy S24 series. The countries participating in the beta tests are:
