Xiaomi, one of the leading players in the smartphone market, is set to unveil the POCO M7 Pro model on December 17. Although there haven’t been many leaks about the product until now, this is starting to change. Recent developments have shown that the device has crossed another significant milestone ahead of its official announcement.
The countdown for the POCO M7 Pro has officially begun
The device was recently spotted on the Google Play supported device list. While the list does not provide any technical details about the phone, reliable sources have shared some of its key features.
The smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra processor and will come with up to 8 GB of RAM. Additionally, it will feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate, 2,100 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
The phone will run on Android 14 with the HyperOS interface out of the box. It will be supported with two major Android updates and four years of security patches. The POCO M7 Pro will also include a Sony Lytia LYT-600 main camera with an f/1.5 aperture and a 20 MP selfie sensor on the front.
The device will offer a 3.5 mm headphone jack and Dolby Atmos support. Although not confirmed yet, it is rumored that the POCO M7 Pro will be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 14. This means that, despite having different names and designs, the two phones will share the same technical specifications.
