vivo’s upcoming compact flagship, the X200 FE, has been spotted on Thailand’s NBTC certification database, confirming its model number as V2503. The device had already received certification from the EEC in Europe, SIRIM in Malaysia, and TÜV internationally, suggesting that its official debut is just around the corner.
When will the vivo X200 FE launch?
The vivo X200 FE is expected to launch in July. While vivo has not released official details about its specifications yet, trusted industry sources have shared some insights into what the device might offer.

The X200 FE is rumored to feature a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. On the camera front, the phone is said to include a triple rear setup: a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera. For selfies, a 50MP front-facing sensor is also expected.
Under the hood, the device will reportedly be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset and pack a large 6,500mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging. It is also said to ship with Android 15 out of the box, running vivo’s custom FunTouch OS 15 interface.
The vivo X200 FE is likely to be available in two storage variants: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage. Pricing is expected to fall between $580 and $700. Finally, reports suggest that the X200 FE will be a rebranded version of the vivo S30 Pro Mini.
