Xiaomi has started the countdown for its new tablet, the Pad 7S Pro. Earlier this week, the device appeared on Geekbench, confirming that it will be powered by Xiaomi’s own Xring O1 chipset. Now, trusted leak source Digital Chat Station has shared the tablet’s technical specifications.
What will the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro offer?
According to the leak, the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro will feature a 12.5-inch LCD display. This panel will offer a 3.2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, along with a peak brightness of 1000 nits and full DC dimming support to ensure eye comfort.

The tablet will be powered by Xiaomi’s in-house Xring O1 processor running at 3.4 GHz. It will be equipped with a 10,610 mAh battery supporting 120W fast charging. On the camera side, there will be a 32 MP front sensor and a 50 MP rear sensor.
Other notable features include a quad-microphone system and compatibility with Xiaomi’s new Focus Touch Pen stylus. The device will run on HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15. Despite its large screen, the Pad 7S Pro will be quite portable with a slim profile of just 5.8 mm thickness and a weight of 576 grams.
The Pad 7S Pro is expected to be unveiled in China later this month. The launch is likely to be alongside the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2, Xiaomi’s rumored only foldable phone for 2025.
