Actor Ned Luke, who plays Michael in GTA 5, stated that he wants to take part in a new DLC for GTA Online, and said that a mission in the game was “by far” his worst experience.
Ned Luke: The yoga mission in GTA 5 was terrible
Responding to a social media user sharing a section from the yoga mission in GTA 5’s story mode, Ned Luke stated that the scene was “by far the worst mission to shoot.” He added that he “sweated like crazy for eight hours” during the shoot.

In the mission called “Did Somebody Say Yoga?”, Michael does yoga at home with his wife Amanda and yoga instructor Fabien. Here, players are required to press certain buttons in the correct order and timing. If they fail, the mission ends with the message “Michael did not achieve enlightenment.”
Although Ned Luke did not like this scene, it should be noted that he has previously made positive statements about the game’s production process. Luke also wants fans to call on Rockstar to add a new heist mission to GTA Online, featuring himself, Steven Ogg (Trevor) and Shawn Fonteno (Franklin).
Some fans have suggested that Michael could be in GTA 6. However, looking at the trailers and reports shared about the game so far, we can say that this is unlikely, at least for now.
Luke avoids giving a clear specific statement on the subject. In fact, when he was previously referred to as “Michael of GTA 5 and GTA 6” in a program, he said, “I… um… GTA 6 is currently unknown. Let’s get that out of the way,” and did not confirm the rumors. Maybe Rockstar could surprise players and include Michael in the game as a side character, if not the main character.
Finally, Luke says that GTA 6 will be worth the wait and that Rockstar is confident that it will deliver an impressive game. The game is scheduled to be released in May 2026.
