Qualcomm will announce the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip in September. This processor will first appear in Chinese flagship phones such as the Xiaomi 16, Honor Magic 8, OnePlus 15, Realme GT 8, and iQOO 15.
Samsung, on the other hand, will continue its long-standing tradition of special editions. This includes the release of a special overclocked version of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, known as the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 for Galaxy.
Red Magic 11 Pro Undergoes Performance Tests with the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2
The Red Magic 11 Pro has appeared in Geekbench tests with the standard Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor, confirming the chip’s configuration for the first time.

Geekbench tests reveal that the Nubia NX809J, believed to be the Red Magic 11 Pro, runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2. The chip features two cores clocked at 4.19GHz and six cores clocked at 3.63GHz.
This architecture is accompanied by the Adreno 840 graphics unit. In the tests, the phone achieved a single-core score of 3,309 and a multi-core score of 10,742. The listing also confirms that the Red Magic 11 Pro will come with 16GB of RAM and Android 16.
