The first modern Turkish automaker to expand abroad. TOGG, which has been selling the Togg T10X in Turkey for three years, plans to announce its German launch at the IAA trade fair in Munich in September. The news was confirmed by a spokesperson at the company’s headquarters in Gemlik, on the Sea of Marmara.

However, details regarding pricing and when sales will begin in Germany have not yet been announced. The electric SUV is available in Turkey starting at approximately €41,000. Meanwhile, the T10X, a 4.60-meter-long rival to the VW ID.5 or Tesla Model Y, is available with 52.4 or 88.5 kWh batteries for a standard range of up to 523 kilometers. The SUV can be equipped with one or two motors, depending on the vehicle’s power output. According to the manufacturer, the most powerful TOGG has a top speed of up to 185 km/h.
The TOGG charges relatively quickly at the charging station, using 180 kW. The vehicle’s cockpit features a full-size screen familiar from Chinese manufacturers. The manufacturer promises more entertainment and network connectivity than other electric cars, such as an AI radio and AI-generated animations. These technical features are intended to differentiate the vehicle from its competitors.
Furthermore, as TOGG has announced, the T10X won’t be available on its own. By the time sales begin in Germany, the T10F Fastback Sedan will be produced from the same T10X modular system and will then compete with, for example, the VW ID.7.
