Hollyland, known for its professional wireless video and audio solutions, has introduced the VenusLiv Air, a new all-in-one compact live streaming camera designed for content creators. This new camera was developed to enable users to quickly create and live stream 4K video content.

The VenusLiv Air features a 1/1.3-inch, 50MP CMOS sensor and a 25mm-equivalent lens. According to Hollyland, thanks to advanced algorithms, the camera can accurately analyze and faithfully reproduce ambient colors even in low-light conditions.

One of the camera’s biggest advantages is its plug-and-play interface. Users can quickly connect the camera to their computer with just a USB 3.0 cable, eliminating the need for a video capture card. Furthermore, thanks to the HDMI 2.0 output, the broadcast stream can be viewed on a separate screen.

The VenusLiv Air significantly simplifies the live broadcasting process. Users can start broadcasting instantly by scanning a QR code on the camera’s 3-inch rotating touchscreen and logging in to their Facebook, YouTube, or Twitch accounts on their smartphones. Wireless broadcasting to dedicated SRT or RTMP(S) platforms is also easily accomplished with a QR code and broadcast key.

Users can remotely control the camera from their smartphones or computers connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the VenusLiv Air. The VenusCam mobile app offers basic controls such as live view, recording, focus, zoom, and exposure, while the Hollyland CAM PC software provides professional features such as green screen (chroma-key), image overlay, skin beautification, and full-spectrum RGB color correction.

The camera also supports both horizontal and vertical broadcast formats and features 180-degree image rotation. In addition to live streaming, 4K 30fps video can be recorded directly to the camera’s SD card. Other notable features include a dedicated USB-C port for receiving audio from Hollyland’s LARK series wireless microphones and an efficient heat dissipation system for uninterrupted broadcasts.
