TürkTraktör Company President Matthieu Séjourné emphasized the countless successes TürkTraktör has achieved over its 70-plus-year history, saying, “As a company that has surpassed 1 million tractor production, 600,000 engine production, and 1,000 backhoe loader production, we are now experiencing the pride and joy of rolling the 10,000th cab off the assembly line at our Erenler Factory. Reaching this figure so quickly, in line with our vertical growth strategy, in our cab line, which began operating in 2022, is a success story in itself. I once again extend my deepest gratitude to the TürkTraktör family for this determination and dedication.” Séjourné stated that they have maintained their uninterrupted market leadership for 18 years, undertaking 63% of tractor production in Turkey. He said, “We are not content with our production strength alone; we are using our influence to further advance and transform agriculture and cities. Drawing on the strength of our 70-year deep-rooted history, we are diversifying our investments and leading the sector in production, exports, and R&D. The successes we have achieved today are the guarantee of our future. We will continue to be the driving force of our sector with our cabin investments, our sustainability initiatives, innovative technologies, and the advancements we have made in agricultural equipment.”
Regarding the Cabin Frame Line Investment
TürkTraktör took a significant step with its new 8,000 m² cabin frame production line, commissioned in the first quarter of 2025 with a €29 million investment. The facility, which includes robotic welding, cataphoresis, and paint shop processes, The company implemented high automation and Industry 4.0 technologies with 12 robotic welding lines, two robotic paint shops, and AMR and AGV robots. With this investment, the company increased its production capabilities by manufacturing cab frames entirely in-house. With 100% robotic control and a Class V paint standard, it maximized quality and flexibility in responding to customer demands. This development was the next step after the assembly lines we commissioned in 2022.

The Sakarya Erenler Factory, opened on TürkTraktör’s 60th anniversary, is built on 402,000 m² and stands out as Europe’s largest tractor factory. Operating with four tractor assembly lines, two robotic paint shops, one cab assembly line, and one tractor final inspection line, the facility maintains its position as a driving force in the Turkish agricultural machinery sector by meeting high quality, flexibility, and sustainability standards with advanced purification systems and environmentally friendly production technologies. The Erenler Factory reinforces its pioneering approach by applying the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology to ensure safe, high-quality and efficient production processes with the principle of continuous improvement.
