Leaked information about OnePlus’s new flagship model, the OnePlus 15, reveals that the device features notable improvements in terms of hardware and material quality. The phone will be released with a frame made of tempered ceramic.
The OnePlus 15 comes with a ceramic frame
This material offers four times the durability of a titanium frame. This ceramic body, offered as an alternative to titanium, which is often preferred in the premium segment, demonstrates that OnePlus has changed its approach to device durability.

The new model features an OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate. This display provides high smoothness, especially in gaming and multimedia performance. The processor is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The chip’s performance, combined with the display technology, allows for a competitive experience in the flagship class.
The device’s battery capacity is stated as 7,000mAh. This is a size rarely seen in the smartphone market and provides a significant advantage for long-term use. Battery life is expected to be particularly noticeable in intensive usage scenarios like mobile gaming and video streaming.
Among the color options is a special desert theme inspired by the movie Dune. This unique color adds a unique touch to the device’s aesthetic design. Some changes are also noticeable on the camera front.
It’s been reported that the telephoto lens may be limited to 3x zoom, and the main camera will feature a smaller sensor size. It’s also been reported that OnePlus has parted ways with Hasselblad, its long-time partner, and is instead switching to its own image processing technology called DetailMax.
