The countdown has begun for Xiaomi’s highly anticipated flagship series, the Xiaomi 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max. Official images confirm that these models, which will be officially unveiled on September 25th, will feature very thin bezels. The most striking aspect of the series, especially on the 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max, is the secondary rear display. This rear display is designed to directly house the phone’s two cameras. Here are the details.
Xiaomi 17 to Come with a Dual Display
The base model, the Xiaomi 17, will once again be equipped with powerful features. This model is expected to feature a 6.3-inch 1.5K 120Hz LTPO OLED display, a 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and a 32-megapixel selfie camera. It’s also rumored to feature an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and IP68/69 certification. The phone will ship with HyperOS 3 out of the box.

According to leaked information, the Xiaomi 17 Pro’s camera system is quite impressive:
