Realme, which recently launched the Realme 15T, the third member of the Realme 15 series, is working tirelessly to release a new model. According to information published on the company’s official website in India, the highly anticipated new addition to the series, the Realme 15x 5G, is set to go official on October 1st. Exciting news for consumers is that the device will be available for purchase simultaneously with its announcement. Here are the details.

Realme 15x 5G Features

The published image of the new model reveals a modern punch-hole design on the front. The ring-shaped LED flash on the rear camera island, which adds a unique look to the device, is striking.

However, the most striking feature that distinguishes the Realme 15x 5G from its competitors is its power output. Its massive 7,000mAh battery promises an all-day, uninterrupted experience. This massive power will allow for very fast charging with 60W fast charging support.

The Realme 15x 5G also raises expectations for photography and visual experience. The device will feature 50-megapixel main cameras on both the front and back, ensuring users can enjoy detailed and sharp results in both front and rear shots.

The front-panel display will have a high-level refresh rate of 144Hz. It will also offer a peak brightness of 1200 nits, making it suitable for outdoor use. Powering the device is an octa-core chipset built on a 6nm process. This chip is likely a MediaTek processor, but the exact name of the chipset has not yet been revealed.

The Realme 15x 5G also boasts a military-grade shock-resistant chassis. Furthermore, its IP68/69 certification, which provides superior protection against water and dust, proves the device’s resistance to harsh conditions.

All other technical details of the new model (RAM, storage, operating system version, etc.) will be finalized after the launch on October 1st.
