Vivo’s highly anticipated X300 series has revealed all its secrets, thanks to a China Telecom listing and leaked presentation slides just ahead of its China launch on October 13th. All the details about the Vivo X300, the standard model of the series, have been revealed to tech enthusiasts. Here are the details.
Vivo X300 Design and Display Details
Coming with model number V2509A, the Vivo X300 offers a very compact build by modern standards. The device measures 150.57 x 71.92 x 7.95 mm and weighs 190 grams. Color options include a wide variety of colors: Freedom Blue, Leisure Purple, Lucky Color, and Pure Black.

The display boasts a premium panel that lives up to expectations. The X300 features a 6.31-inch BOE Q10+ OLED panel. This display will offer 1.5K resolution (2640 x 1216 pixels) and a 120Hz refresh rate for a smooth experience.
At the heart of the Vivo X300 is the Dimensity 9500 chipset, which promises powerful performance. Its battery capacity is surprisingly high. The device will be powered by a 6,040mAh battery. Like the Pro model, the X300 can quickly recharge this massive battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging support.
The camera setup is one of the X300’s most impressive areas. The front of the device features a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 selfie camera with a wide-angle, 92-degree field of view. The rear camera system offers a truly professional level:
