OnePlus, a leading player in the mobile gaming world, has officially unveiled its OnePlus gaming technology, developed to deliver a smooth and seamless experience. The company stated that this new architecture aims to eliminate the long-standing performance constraints of mobile games on Android. This advanced system will first appear in the upcoming OnePlus 15 series devices.
OnePlus gaming technology is based on the OP Gaming Core
At the heart of the new technology is the OP Gaming Core, the foundation of OnePlus gaming technology and developed entirely in-house. This chip-level system is supported by over 20,000 lines of unique code and 254 patents. OP Gaming Core aims to deliver smoother performance by restructuring how games interact with system resources.

A key component of OP Gaming Core is the OnePlus CPU Scheduler. This tool replaces traditional schedulers with its own energy consumption model, eliminating resource conflicts at a fundamental level. OnePlus claims that this reduces CPU instruction load by up to 22.74 percent, reducing power consumption and processor load. These optimizations help maintain a stable 120 FPS experience in popular games.
OnePlus also announced its OP Performance Triple-Chip (Tri-Chip) setup, designed to improve performance, touch response, and wireless connectivity. This physical triple-chip consists of the Performance Chip, Touch Response Chip, and Wi-Fi G2 Chip. The Touch Response Chip supports a 330 Hz sampling rate and a 3200 Hz instant response rate, enabling faster and more accurate recognition of player inputs.
Another critical feature of the new technology is Next-Gen HyperRendering. This technology fundamentally reorganizes GPU rendering processes, increasing per-frame rendering efficiency by 80 percent. This increased efficiency enables consistently high frame rates, even during visually intensive gaming sessions, while maintaining thermal stability.
