It recently integrated AWS Bedrock with the Sonnet-4 model, making its AI-powered processes more intelligent and efficient. Featuring a modern AWS-based chat application architecture, PoBo anticipates user needs and offers a wealth of valuable information, from recipes to tips and tricks. Designed with a security-focused structure, the system is filtered and geographically restricted using the AWS WAF application. AWS’s Application Load Balancer (ALB) service ensures balanced traffic distribution.
The Sonnet-4 large language model running on Amazon Bedrock can generate intelligent responses by extracting chat history from the system and sending it to the large language model (LLM). The PoBo Smart Assistant also reduces call center overhead, provides efficiency in customer service costs, and increases resolution speed. The goal is for PoBo to drive 15 percent of sales by 2026, further developing the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and D2B (Direct-to-Business) models.
