Hisense Enters the Turkish Market With Large-Scale Displays

Hisense has officially entered the Turkish market, launching a range of premium RGB MiniLED TVs and smart climate control solutions with a 2027 growth vision.

Global technology giant Hisense officially launched its operations in Turkey during a high-profile event held at the Rixos Tersane in Istanbul. Embracing the motto “Feel the Light Within,” the company introduced its latest generation of cinematic television displays and advanced climate control solutions to the local market. By establishing a robust service and distribution network, Hisense aims to integrate its half-century of international expertise with the unique dynamics of the Turkish consumer electronics landscape, marking a significant step in its regional expansion strategy.

    • Hisense introduced its premium RGB MiniLED television series and smart air conditioning systems to the Turkish consumer market.
    • The company demonstrated its commitment to the local sector by appointing experienced leadership to oversee its long-term growth and distribution strategy.
    • Future expansion plans include the introduction of large-format displays exceeding 100 inches and a broader range of home appliances by 2027.

Advanced Display Technologies are Showcased to Users

The event highlighted the 116-inch 116UXQ RGB MiniLED model, which represents the pinnacle of the brand’s imaging capabilities. Attendees were able to view the UR8 and UR9 series alongside the currently available ULED MiniLED and Hi-QLED lineups. These displays, ranging from 55 to 116 inches, are designed to deliver high color accuracy and superior brightness levels. The technology was put to the test during a live gaming demonstration where former national football players Volkan Demirel and Caner Erkin utilized the screens to evaluate panel performance and input latency.

Smart Climate Solutions are Added to the Product Portfolio

Beyond visual technology, Hisense entered the Turkish market with a comprehensive suite of HVAC systems. The product range includes the Hi-Smart, Max Comfort, and Energy Pro X air conditioning series, as well as the specialized Air Master unit. These systems are positioned as part of a broader “Future Home” concept, which provides a glimpse into the company’s vision for an interconnected smart living environment. While some white goods and small household appliances are currently showcased as future additions, they signal the manufacturer’s intent to diversify its local inventory.

Strategic Goals for 2027 are Outlined by Leadership

Hisense Europe CEO Hanson Han emphasized that the Turkish market holds strategic importance for the firm’s long-term investment roadmap. Executives Boštjan Vodeb and Ekin Doğan Çomak described the brand’s philosophy as “Accessible Luxury,” aiming to bring advanced engineering and premium design to a wider demographic. Currently, the company focuses on delivering 55, 65, and 75-inch models, with a clear objective to launch its signature 100-inch and larger displays in Turkey by 2027. This phased approach allows the company to build a solid foundation before expanding into wider consumer segments.
